Detailed description of our project goals and methodology
Opened in 2010, the Somba Health Centre is a vital healthcare facility located in Mangochi along the Bakili Muluzi Highway. The centre is owned by Mai Aisha Trust with financial support from Drop of Compassion (DoC) and is operated by Madinah Social Services, a local NGO dedicated to ensuring accessible healthcare for underprivileged Malawians. It serves a catchment area that includes Nangapoche, Malundani, and Nselema, providing a range of essential services including OPD, ART, malaria testing, and maternity care to the community.
