MAT Drills Borehole at Ntcheu Secondary School

In October 2018, Mai Aisha Trust drilled a borehole at Ntcheu Secondary School in Gumbu village, T/A Kwaitane Ntcheu District. The borehole was funded by our partner from uk Drop of Compassion (DOC) and will have over 3000 beneficiaries.

Before the borehole, students and community people used unsafe water for drinking & washing. They could also travel a long distance if they had to find safe water.

With the new borehole, the community now have safe water nearby and it has reduced water borne diseases.
