2022 Qurban- MAT Distributed Meat to Over 10,000 People.

Qurban

Qurban is one of the Festival Muslims celebrates each year. During this festival Muslims slaughter animals such as goats, cows etc.

This year’s Qurban, MAT with the support of various international donors such as Hasene, World Care Foundation, Akhrah Team, Crisis Aid, Serving the Creation, Drop Of Compassion, Walayat, PAC distributed 3480 goats and 39 cows to over 10,000 people in Blantyre, Mulanje, Chikwawa and Mangochi on 10th July 2022.

Objectives of these were:

  1. To carry out the ritual of Qurban as recommended by Islam.
  2. To Guide Muslims on the need to help fellow Muslims who are in need.
  3. To provide Qurban meatto this who are in need.
